  Charming church, young and smart pastor... Media (on last visit) was excessive in relation to actual message, but that may not be the norm. Sadly, reference to "struggling with their sexuality" in pastoral prayer may mean that this congregation and pastor are not open and welcoming to non-traditional families or GLBT Christians.

  I adore this little church. It reminds me of the one that I grew up in as a child. We felt welcome from the first visit ( Vacation bible school) and decided to throw ourselves in on the deep end. We joined a Sunday school class and began attending a bible study before we decided to make this church our Christian home. It has only gotten better since we joined. The ladies that work in the nursery and basically everyone that comes in contact with the youth have adopted our son and welcomed him with open arms. It is a joy to attend every Sunday that we are able to.
